Worked directly with the CEO and the leadership team of a profitable company with 70+ employees and €15M ARR. AI automation of internal processes to give sales teams their time back, business review preparation, financial forecasting, rolling forecast and performance dashboards. Designed an internal tool that multiplied solicitation processing by 20 and increased identified opportunities by 20%. Contributed to M&A, product, AI and hiring.

C-Ways, a consulting firm specialised in AI and Data Science
Started in strategy consulting at 19. Technology intelligence for a motor insurance group, analysis of non-European competition for a CAC 40 company, and social leasing recommendations for public authorities. Supported a CEO launching a startup with competitive analysis, SWOT, interviews and pitch preparation. This is where I learned to structure an analysis, defend a message and answer with precision.
